We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon can be shipped the same day, provided there is available capacity. Orders received after noon are generally shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday after noon until Sunday are shipped on Monday.

We monitor weather and flight routes to ensure safe delivery. We reserve the right to withhold shipments at our discretion. All deliveries are subject to weather and time constraints. Should you need to change the delivery date, please contact us by email at exoticmammalpets@gmail.com so we can coordinate with you.

We cannot guarantee delivery of shipments requiring an address change or redirection. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address.

Saturday delivery – Sunday delivery 

We offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge of $29.99.

Secure shipping under optimal weather conditions

We will only ship to your address if the temperatures along the route are between 2 and 32 degrees Celsius.

This temperature range is extended to 25–95 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival if you are leaving your live animals for pickup at a main shipping center. Animals must be picked up within 6 hours of arrival for the live arrival guarantee to apply.

Orders are usually received by 12:00 noon.

Delivery time in most metropolitan areas is usually before 12:00 noon (local time). However, in some remote areas, delivery can only be guaranteed towards the end of the day, generally in the late afternoon or early evening (8:00 pm).
